We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or receipt). We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or negligence not caused by EcoLux.

Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
